This Privacy Policy explains how I collect data and use information when you purchase an item from me either through Instagram or my website.

 

Your Information

I collect your information to be able to provide you with a service, to fulfil and deliver your order.

If you have signed up to my monthly email newsletter then I collect your information in order to complete this request.

There may be other situations when your information is needed to comply with the law such as retaining information on orders required by tax law, or a legal claim.

 

Information Sharing and Disclosure

I will not share your personal information with any third party unless I am required to do so by law for tax and legal reasons, or to fulfil your order (for example, providing your address to a Postal Service so your order can be delivered).​

• Paypal: I share information with Paypal in order to process your orders via Instagram.

• Postal Services: I may use certain trusted third parties postal services ship your orders. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services (to deliver your order).

• By tagging That Wild Feeling in your images on social media you are giving consent to me to share your images on That Wild Feeling's social media platforms and shop imagery.

 

Your Rights

If you live in the EU you have a number of rights to your information.

You may have the right to access the personal information held on you at any time using my contact details below. You may also have the right to delete this information or amend/restrict it.

You have the right to object to your information being used to receive marketing messages. (Please see Mailing Lists for more information).

 

Online Orders:

When you place an order with me (either via my website or Instagram) you will need to provide me with with details such as your name, address, email address and payment information in order to fulfill your order. This information will only be used to complete your order and I may contact you regarding your order, but your information will not be used anywhere else.

 

For Website orders: I share information with Paypal as necessary to process your order and payment and provide you my services. For information on how Paypal use your data please check their privacy policy.

 

For Instagram orders: I share information with Paypal as necessary to process your order and payment and provide you my services. For information on how Paypal use your data please check their privacy policy.

 

Mailing Lists:

I would like to send you offers and latest news (including new work) as part of my monthly email newsletter. In order to do this I will need your email address and your name which I will collect when you sign up to my newsletter.

I may also contact you to check I have the correct information and to check if you are still happy to hear from me. I will never give, sell, trade or rent any of your data or personal information to any other business, organisation or persons. The date your use to sign up for my newsletter will only be used for that purpose and nothing else.

To send monthly emails and gather email statistics, I use Mailchimp to collect this information. For information on how Mailchimp use your data please check their privacy policy.

You can unsubscribe from my newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails, by emailing me at hello@thatwildfeeling.com or by unsubscribing in your Mailchimp account.

Once you have unsubscribed from these emails, I will delete all data I have on you and your information will be permanently removed.

 

 

Data Retention

I will hold your details for 5 years to comply with tax laws to submit my accounts. However, should you wish this data to be removed earlier you have the right for it to be removed.

 

I will not share your personal information with any third party unless I am required to do so by law for tax and legal reasons, or to fulfil your order (for example, providing your address to a postal courier so your order can be delivered).

 

I will only email you my monthly newsletter if you have already signed up to receive this.
