If you need a different form of postage, such as next day delivery, please contact me at email@example.com before ordering.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I hope you are happy with your order, but if you are not satisfied, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Any items sent back before contacting me to request a return will not be accepted.
If a return request is accepted, then the item will need to posted for inspection with all original packaging, proof of purchase and a proof of postage of the return will need to be posted within 14 days of receipt.
If a return is accepted you will be refunded to your original payment method.
Personalised items are not accepted for refunds, so please bear this in mind when ordering.
